Terms of Service

_Terms_

Pikku-Peruna is a Minor as of writing and operates under the consent of a Legal Guardian.

>Any and all types of commissions are subject to take anywhere from 1-2 months (Small orders), 2-4 months (Large orders), or just a few weeks- Depending on my personal schedule.

>Pikku-Peruna has the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

>Harassment will be met with a permanent blacklist from any/all art and/or design sales.

>Especially rude clients will may be given a small fee for their behavior depending on the offences they made.

>Pikku-Peruna will make heavy alterations to finished products with the addition of a fee anywhere from 25$-160$, although smaller alterations such as filters can be done for free.

>Pikku-Peruna will not sell to anyone with an "artist's beware," known history with scamming, or prior *public* arrests/unresolved accusations involving embezzlement, stalking, pedophilia, rape, and other likewise charges.

>You may not claim any art/designs created by Pikku-Peruna as created by yourself.

>Any Premade-Designs made by Pikku-Peruna can be resold for any amount of money, or be used for commercial benefit.

>Once Payment is received and Files transferred to the buyer, Pikku-Peruna forfeits ownership rights to the individual who purchased said art.

>Pikku-Peruna will not design, draw, or sell anything of the below manner:

Sexuality explicit (Pornography, Graphic Nudity, Etc)
Underage Adult content (Minors doing drugs, Minors drinking, etc)
Anime girls with sexual/revealing clothing.
Real people being "shipped" together without their permission.
Fictional characters being non-canonically "shipped" without the character-owner's permission. (This may be discussed with Pikku if it is "Fanart" or a Gift for someone.)
Anything used to bully or harass a person/company.
Fetish Art of any kind. (Bondage, Inflation, etc)

>Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be given for completed commissions.
Commissions can only be refunded before the initial sketch has been lined. Once given the initial sketch, you have 24 hours to ask for a refund.
Down-Payments will not be refunded.
OTA Designs will not be refunded.
Flatsale Designs can be only refunded 4 hours after initial purchase.
Auction designs can be only refunded 4 hours after initial purchase, and backing out of a winning bid before you pay may with come with a blacklist from purchasing anything from Pikku-Peruna.
Raffle designs cannot be refunded, as they were won for free. They can however be returned to be re-raffled by Pikku-Peruna or you may trade/gift the design away.
Flatsale-Raffle (Flaffle) designs can be refunded 4 hours after initial purchase, and backing out of the Flaffle after you win (but before you pay) may come with a blacklist from purchasing anything from Pikku-Peruna.

By purchasing/owning anything made by Pikku-Peruna, you agree to the above terms.
